About Me
Who I Help
I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, or family-of-origin wounds. I also work with people in recovery—or considering recovery—who are seeking new ways of healing. Many of my clients feel drawn to therapy in nature, whether on a trail, in a park, or through walk-and-talk sessions. This approach can be especially supportive for those who feel calmer and more grounded outdoors than in a traditional office setting.
How I Help
With professional training in EMDR, Post-Induction Therapy (PIT), mindfulness, solution-focused tools, and 12-step recovery principles, I provide trauma-informed, client-centered therapy. I often integrate the outdoors into sessions, combining the healing qualities of movement, mindfulness, and nature with evidence-based practices. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative relationship where you feel supported in exploring challenges, building resilience, and moving toward meaningful change.
My Expertise
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in Arizona and have worked at The Meadows inpatient program in Wickenburg as well as The Meadows IOP in Scottsdale—world-renowned treatment centers specializing in trauma and addiction. My background includes individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, and experiential approaches. My practice is shaped by both my clinical training and my lived experience as someone in long-term recovery from substances and trauma, which helps me connect with clients on a deeper level.
How I Do Business
I strive to create an inclusive, respectful space where every client feels heard, valued, and understood. I am committed to ethical, professional care and to advocating for the dignity and well-being of those I serve. My practice is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and collaboration.
Off the Clock
Outside of therapy, you’ll often find me outdoors—hiking, climbing, or heading out on backpacking trips. I also enjoy going to concerts, making music, and exploring new ways to connect with creativity and adventure.
