Outdoor Sessions: Meeting at a trail, park, or quiet natural spot in Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Peoria
Walk-and-Talk Style: Often walking side by side, with space to pause or sit
Integrated EMDR: Adapting trauma-focused EMDR for outdoor settings
At Your Pace: You remain in control; safety and grounding come first
